Q. How long does it take to complete a course? A. The average participant takes 1-3 hours to complete a course.

Q. Does the course have to be completed in one sitting? A. No, our training is setup so you can learn at your own pace. You will have 30 days access to our training site to learn the material and take the online test.

Q. I have a large group to register. Can I pay for more than one participant at a time? A. Yes, we make registering large groups a breeze. Send us your list of participants and we will load them for you. You also might qualify for a group rate discount. Please contact us for full details.

Q. How long are your certifications valid for? A. Our CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications are valid 2 years from the date issued.

Q. What if I do not pass the test? A. Not a problem! The test can be taken as many times as needed to pass at no additional cost. All the test questions are multiple choice and true/false and are pulled directly from the course material.

Q. How soon can I take the course? A. As soon as your online payment is processed your user name and password become active and you can begin immediately.

Q. I need my certification immediately, how fast will I get it? A. You will receive a certificate the day you complete the course by email and wallet certification cards will be mailed to you within 24 hours.

Q. Do you offer any other online courses/certifications? A. Yes, please contact us for information regarding any other safety training courses you may need. We have partnered with the American Safety Training Institute and now offer more classes than are shown.

Q. Are there any additional costs? A. NONE! We offer free shipping on your certification cards

Q. Can I register with a check or money order?> A. Yes, you can mail us a personal check or money order made out to: CPR Professor. Inside the envelope include your first and last name, mailing address, e-mail address, and let us know which course you are registering for. We will email you as soon as we receive the payment.
